Sugar-Free Without Sacrifice
June 9, 2026 · 4 min read
Walk down the hydration aisle and read a few labels. Many popular mixes carry double-digit grams of added sugar per serving, often more than the minerals they advertise.
Sugar makes a drink palatable, but it is not what your body needs from a hydration product. We took a different path.
What we use instead
N-2 is lightly sweetened with stevia leaf extract (our unflavored version skips sweetener entirely). Flavor comes from natural sources, and the mineral profile of ocean-sourced calcium and magnesium, potassium, sodium, and 70+ trace minerals does the real work.
Five clean ingredients
Our formulation philosophy is short: if an ingredient does not serve hydration or taste, it does not make the label. No added sugar, no artificial colors, no synthetic sweeteners.
The result is a mix you can drink every day, with your morning water, during a workout, or alongside dinner, without sugar tagging along.
